A Celebration of Christmas 2011
On Monday 5th December we had a very successful Christmas Gallery and the Mayor Mr Brian Heading very kindly took time out of his busy schedule to turn on our Christmas Lights with his helpers.
Cross Party support of Knockmore has occured over the last few weeks and months. A Thank You goes to all those involved. Pictured below are only a few of the Lisburn Council representatives and MLA's who have shown their support, with members of the Working Group, Board of Governors and others at the meeting on Wednesday 30th November. This meeting was to celebrate and Thank Parents, staff, Political representatives and groups involved in the support of Knockmore Primary School.
Our Foundation stage pupils have recently completed the 'ACTIV8' scheme. They received certificates in assembly on Thursday 24th November, 2011.
Winners of our Pudsey colouring, Guess the Square and other competitions, received their prizes.
We had a Fantastic time with Pudsey Bear. These are just a few of the fantastic things that happened throughout the week!!
Some of the Harvest goodies were given to the local Simon Community.
Harvest Assembly
The Harvest table was decorated beautifully! All the pupils brought items up. These will be given to the local Simon Community and Rosevale Lodge.
There was some fantastic singing and great Harvest poems!

| Fizzy's Workshop
Foundation Stage Pupils had a great time with Fizzy the Fairy in her Forest.
Fizzy taught them all about the Secret of Healthy Eating!
